Educação de Superdotados no Líbano!

Dr. Anies Al-Hroub diz: Bem, apenas para dar um resumo sobre o sistema
aqui, o sistema educacional no Líbano, tem três componentes ou setores
diferentes. Temos o setor público, o privado subsidiado pelo governo e o
privado não subsidiado. A maioria dos alunos é colocada no setor privado com ou
sem subsídios. E o ministério aqui tem mais controle sobre o setor público.
Encontramos uma variedade ou diferenças entre muitos setores e escolas, temos
três sistemas aqui, o sistema francês, o sistema americano e também o sistema árabe-libanês.
Os serviços que o sistema
educacional libanês oferece nem sempre são baseados na teoria, mas podem ser
benéficos para todos os alunos. Dr. Anies afirma: na minha universidade,
realizamos projetos para dar a várias escolas algo único e inovador. Fazemos
isso com base no modelo de Renzulli e outros adotam definições amplas de
superdotação, e o apresentamos para que as escolas saibam servir com currículo
diferenciado e atividades que promovam a criatividade.

Dr. Anies Al-Hroub tells: Well, just to give a summary about the
system here, the educational system in Lebanon, has three different components,
or sectors. We have the public sector, the private subsidized by the
government, and the private, non-subsidized. Most students are placed in
the private sector with or without subsidies. And the ministry here,
has more control over
the public sector. We
found a variety or differences between many sectors and schools, we have three
systems here, the French system, the American system and also the Arab
Lebanese system.
The services that the Lebanese
educational system offers are not always theoretically based, but they can
still be beneficial to all students. Dr. Anies affirms: at my university, we
carry out projects to give several schools something unique and innovative. We
do it based on the Renzulli model and
others adopt broad definitions of giftedness, and we present it so that schools
know how to serve using a differentiated curriculum and activities that promote
creativity.
